Drowning in Sound Vol. 1: Exploring the Ambient

Here is the first episode of Iggy Sunshine's (my) "Drowning in Sound" podcast. There is no set schedule so the next podcast could be released anytime, it could be tomorrow or it could be a month from now.

For my first podcast I've decided to showcase a genre (if you can call it that) of music that I love a lot; Ambient. Most people find this type of music boring and unaccessible but everytime I listen to some good ambient music, I relax.

Below are the names of the tracks I used in this podcast:
Inna-I-Malak (GOD's own Remix) - Azam Ali
Droga (GOD-damn Dub Mix) - Krothor
Torens Parts - Lustmord vs. Metal Beast
Ascension Of The Unitive Diatribes - GOD
S.S. Orgy - Women of the S.S.
Blood, All Blood - Arditi
Hell-O)))-Ween (Excerpt) - SunnO)))
Rise to Glory - Earth
Flower Sun Rain - Boris

Two of the songs were remixed by me; "Inna-I-Malak" by Azam Ali and "Droga" by Krothor. I love how "Droga" turned out but the other one, not so much.

The podcast also includes one of my original pieces (albeit a small one) by my noisemaking alter-ego; GOD. This track is called "Ascencsion of the Unitive Diatribes" and it was made using a feedbacking Gibson Flying V through a Fender amp and post-processed and juiced up in Audacity (yes, basic, I know).

*Note: Some of the mixing is rather shoddy and I must apologize for that (especially on the track "Inna-I-Malak"). I promise you that the overall sound quality will be much better come Vol. 2.
